The estate agency’s view is that following double digit increases in property values since 2020, this growth will most likely slow through the summer, as inflation and interest rates find their limits.
However, Jack Charles remain extremely confident for the future, whilst there is such extensive unsatisfied demand, still underpinning property values in the local market.
