Chartered accountants Perrys has raised £4,500 for the Kent Cancer Trust at their fifth annual charity golf day held at the Chart Hills Club in Biddenden.
The practice, which has five offices including branches in Tunbridge Wells and West Malling, hosted golfing enthusiasts from across the county who came together to raise funds for the innovative research charity.
Kent Cancer Trust was established in 2004 to help relieve the suffering of cancer patients and improve the provision of cancer care throughout the county. The funds raised will go towards helping the charity to continue its essential research programmes.
During the day 26 teams competed for the honours with the overall winners being Clarkson Wright & Jakes Solicitors and friends, captained by Amanda Mehlin. Just four points separated the top three teams.
CEO of Perrys Chartered Accountants Stewart Pope said: “The work that the Kent Cancer Trust does is phenomenal and we are absolutely delighted to be able to make this donation to them.”
