LAW firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has recently grown its Commercial Property & Development team with the addition of two new appointments.
Charlotte Gould has joined as the Tunbridge Wells law firm as a partner in the residential development team having previously worked at Knight’s.
Ms Gould’s work will focus on assisting house builders in the purchase of development sites, advising on aspects of site assembly.
Kimberley Ramsay also joins as a solicitor from East Sussex County Council, where she developed expertise in commercial leases, disposals, licences, adverse possession claims, and Academy conversions.
Focusing on residential development and commercial property, the firm is clear in its ‘ambitious growth plans’ and is hopeful for what new clients and team-members may bring.
The company predicted that the team would only grow further, with new additions bringing ‘strength and depth’ to the company.
Continuing growth would see Thomson Snell & Passmore continue to have one of the largest Commercial Property and Development teams in the South East.
Richard Ellard, Head of Commercial Property & Development at the firm said that the appointments will ‘enable us to continue to meet the demands of both existing and future developer clients’.
