A memorial service for Michael Sugden, the former Senior Partner of Thomson Snell & Passmore, will be taking place at King Charles the Martyr Church next week.
Mr Sugden, who was also a one-time President of the local Law Society, died in February, aged 65, after a short illness.
A specialist in conveyancing, he joined Thomson Snell & Passmore as a trainee in 1972 and practised, at different times, in the firm’s Cranbrook, Ashford and Tunbridge Wells offices.
Outside of work, Mr Sugden, who lived in Biddenden and Hawkhurst before retiring to the South of France, was a lifelong supporter of Liverpool FC and was a keen member of the Biddenden squash and tennis club.
He leaves behind his widow Jill and three children – two sons and one daughter.
The service is being held at King Charles the Martyr Church, Tunbridge Wells at 1.30pm on April 11, 2016. All are welcome.
