LOCAL law firm Thomas Mansfield has named a Resolution-Accredited solicitor as a new partner in its family law team.
Kate Rayner was previously partner at another Tunbridge Wells-based office, and will continue her specialisation in medium- to high-net-worth financial cases involving family-run businesses, shareholdings in public companies and complex trust structures.

Ms Rayner advises on divorce settlements, cohabitation disputes, nuptial and separation agreements, and disputes between parents and relatives over arrangements for children.
