We’re excited to announce that we are looking for 6 Trainee Consultants to join us at Corinthian Pension Consulting in Tunbridge Wells and help us continue our journey after being acquired by Just Group, the FTSE 250-listed specialist financial services group.

The Role

Joining us as a Trainee Consultant, you will receive full examination support and comprehensive training towards becoming a Pully authorisedPension Consultant, typically within 18-24 months. If you join us, you will gain extensive experience in Defined Benefit pensions whilst working towards your full Level 4 Financial Planning qualification. The role of the Trainee Consultant includes:

• Supporting and learning from the existing Pension Consultants
• Booking advice calls in consultant’s diaries
• Assisting with the production and delivery of project tenders and pitch presentations
• Draft template reports and other member communications

Salary & Benefits

£25,000 starting salary and excellent benefits including annual bonus, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), 3 extra days at Christmas, life cover, pension, private medical insurance, full examination and training support and flexible working hours.

The OTE for the Pension Consultant role is £60k-£70k

Our office is based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. We are easily accessible

with public transport and there are a number of local car parks. Our employees can walk to cafes, pubs and restaurants, local shops, gyms and parks.
