Leading law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has announced its fifth consecutive year of increased revenues.
The business, with an office in Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, took an annual turnover of £21.2million in the financial year ending June 5.
This represented a revenue increase of 5.3 per cent and a growth of 47 per cent over the past five years.
The firm has credited their revised Practice Management System for helping ‘deliver efficiencies’.
James Partridge, Senior Partner at Thomson Snell & Passmore, said: ‘We have enjoyed another solid year of growth which has been marked by our commitment to investing in the future.
‘This included a significant overhaul of our Practice Management System.
‘Thomson Snell & Passmore continues to grow in an uncertain legal market and we are grateful to our clients and staff for their support.’
The firm will celebrate its 450th birthday in 2020 and is currently preparing for a major office move in Tunbridge Wells. Details of this will be finalised later this year.
Thomson Snell & Passmore reported: ‘The Private Client, Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury, Family & Commercial Property departments performed particularly well over the past 12 months.
‘Highlights in the past financial year include six of the firm’s departments being ranked in the top tier and 23 lawyers being named as Leaders in their Field in the prominent legal directory, Chambers & Partners 2018.
‘A further accolade was being shortlisted for Regional Law Firm of the Year for Citywealth’s Magic Circle Awards 2018, added evidence of Thomson Snell & Passmore’s standing as a leading regional law firm.’
