AVERAGE sold prices in Tunbridge Wells over the past year have topped £500,000 – around twice the UK average, according to a family-run estate agent, which has restructured to focus on the very top end of the market.
Kings Estates has been trading for well over 40 years and recently re-incorporated the Homes of Distinction department established by Nicholas Heath, the original founder of the independent estate agency.
“The team understands how important a tailored, personal service is for their clients,” they said.
The new direction will ‘provide the very best marketing, for the very best homes’, said owner-directors Gemma Collins, Mike Heath and Tom Snowdon.
The owners said the mission of the Homes of Distinction department was ‘to provide the very best marketing, for the very best homes’.
There is no up-front cost to Homes of Distinction clients, they added.
