Among the other competing teams were age group squads from the Premier League’s Manchester City and Burnley.
Managed by Scott Dean and Stuart Hodges, the young Rustics came an impressive sixth overall out of 32 teams. They were knocked out by Sunderland in the quarter-finals, by a single goal.
Scott said: “Thank you to all the parents who have come up and made it a brilliant weekend, and the boys who have behaved so well throughout and represented Rusthall FC in a professional manner. Well done boys!”
