Shoppers are invited to view proposals for a £70m investment with the unveiling of a large-scale architectural model in Royal Victoria Place.
The model has been developed following the submission of a planning application for a series of major improvements at the shopping centre, including a ‘state of the art’ cinema, larger stores and more restaurants.
