Holly Roe died at Tunbridge Wells Hospital in September 2018, after suffering traumatic head injuries at her home in Crowborough, East Sussex.
A post mortem found the baby had abrasions to her head and internal bruising to her brain and spinal cord, as well as fractured ribs.
The court heard that her death was likely caused by ‘violent shaking’.
The child’s father, Michael Roe, 33, has now been found guilty of murder at Hove Crown Court, while Holly’s mother, Tiffany Tate, 22, has been found guilty of allowing the death of a child.
The trial was told that Roe had changed his account of the events leading up to Holly’s death and said Tate had threatened to harm the baby.
Both parents are to be sentenced on Friday.
