Now that warmer days and lighter evenings are upon us, The Boat House Bistro at Bewl Water will be keeping its doors open Saturday evenings from 5th May, throughout the summer months, meaning guests can dine until 9pm.
Offering a weekly changing market menu, all day Saturday and Sunday the a la carte menu is available, including classics such as succulent steaks, fresh fish (caught from Bewl Water itself) and Sunday lunches, which the establishment has become well known, locally, as a ‘hidden gem’ for.
There is also a lunch menu available on Saturdays which includes classic dishes such as gastro-burgers and locally sourced ploughman’s lunch. Every Friday is Fish and Chip Friday, where you can enjoy a fish and chip lunch with a drink for just £8.95.
The Boat House Bistro has an extended outside balcony with bi-fold doors onto the restaurant, which offers the perfect al fresco dining area to enjoy a refreshing drink whilst watching the reservoir as the sun sets – a great way to unwind with family and friends this summer.
