There are always plenty of interesting markets and specialist fairs happening on the famous promenade in Tunbridge Wells. Here’s a roundup of what’s coming up over the next few months…
WEEKEND MARKETS
The usual Pantiles Market continues on the 1st and 3rd weekend of the month. Shoppers will be treated to an array of locally produced food and drink offerings.
JAZZ ON THE PANTILES
This hugely popular event which now has a new sponsor: Markerstudy Group, kicks off on May 5 and runs every Thursday night until the end of the summer.
WEDDING FAIR
The Pantiles’ first event of this kind takes place this weekend (April 23 and 24). There will be plenty of ideas for venues, music and gifts.
FOOD FESTIVAL
If you’re a foodie then The Pantiles is the place to be seen on the weekend of May 13 to 15 with stalls selling gastronomic goodies, fine wines and craft beers.
ARTS FESTIVAL
On June 11 and 12 Seeart gallery hosts a celebration of the arts showcasing sculptors, ceramists and performers.
FASHION FEVER
Keep the weekend of June 25 and 26 free as there will be a host of chic independent designers and vintage fashion specialists coming to The Pantiles to offer their wares.
ONE OF A KIND
The Vintage Fair rolls into town on the final weekend of July (30 & 31) so if you love quirky, unique and antique items then this is the perfect place to visit.
