There are always plenty of interesting markets and specialist fairs happening on the famous promenade in Tunbridge Wells. Here’s a round-up of what’s coming up over the next few months…
WEEKEND MARKETS
The usual Pantiles Market continues on the first and third weekend of the month. Shoppers will be treated to an array of locally produced food and drink and inspiring interior finds for the home.
JAZZ ON THE PANTILES
This hugely popular event has been running since the beginning of May and will continue every Thursday night until the end of the summer. So sit back, relax and listen to lots of great music while feasting on fabulous food.
A GOOD VINTAGE
On Friday June 24 from 6.30 to 9.30pm The Secret Cellar is hosting its annual celebration of wines in The Pantiles’ Corn Exchange. So if you’re a wine buff then this is definitely the place to start your weekend as it boasts over 120 specialist wines, champagnes and spirits to sip and savour.
The shop’s staff and their suppliers will be on hand to talk visitors through the products on show.
ART ON THE PANTILES
On July 9 and 10 SEEART Gallery will be hosting an art fair showcasing some of its favourite painters, sculptors and ceramists. So if you’re looking for that special something to enhance your home make a date in your diary for this event.
ONE OF A KIND
The Vintage Fair rolls into town on the final weekend of July (30 and 31) so if you love quirky, unique and antique items then this is the perfect place to spend a morning or afternoon browsing the gorgeous goods on display.
