Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp enjoyed a roast Sunday lunch in Mayfield this week, amid rumours that he is in the area looking to buy a house.
Depp, 55, who this time last year divorced wife Amber Heard in a very public and acrimonious split, is rumoured to be considering buying Davina McCall’s £3.2million mansion in Wadhurst.
The actor, who rose to international stardom following the film Edward Scissorhands, was spotted in the Middle House, Mayfield on Sunday, and it is not the first time he has been in the pub.
