AN ESTATE agent said his firm’s hard work is behind their British Property Awards triumph.

Southborough-based LeGrys was named Best in Tunbridge Wells for the second time and Best in Kent, also for the second time, at the ceremony in London.

After collecting the prize from Homes Under the Hammer host Martin Roberts, company founder William LeGrys said he felt proud to win the award for the second time.

He said: “Competition in Tunbridge Wells is really tough and to receive such a prestigious accolade is truly humbling.

“I’m proud to be able to say all the staff at LeGrys understand the steps that need to be taken in order to meet service expectations and we are always working towards continued improvement.

“This industry is all about people and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest levels of customer service to all our customers 100 per cent of the time.”

British Property Awards are decided by mystery shoppers judging estate agents by 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview.

LeGrys is based locally in London Road, Southborough, and also has branches in Edenbridge, Lewes and London.
