A builders merchants based in Tunbridge Wells is aiming to raise £25,000 to help local hospices this month.
Covers Timber & Builders Merchants will be hosting a series of events over five days beginning on September 12, including a ‘builders bake off’ and raffle.
The company has also pledged to give £20,000 of their own money to kick-start the campaign and further bolster funds.
It will also be making a £1 donation for each registered customer that makes a purchase during the week.
Rupert Green, Chairman of Covers, said: “We are delighted to be running our Help for Hospices fundraising event for a second consecutive year.
“Every contribution will count, so we hope as many people as possible will join us to support these amazing charities that do such incredible work for the communities around us.”
