Land set aside in Hawkenbury for the development of 245 houses and a primary school has been sold by the borough council to Berkeley Homes.
The decision to sell the land was made in September last year on condition development included the school. It will mean the loss of 70 allotments and is subject to planning permission.
Final proposals can be seen tomorrow and Saturday [October 22] at the Hawkenbury United Reformed Church, Forest Road.
