Kent Police was called at 1.34pm on Wednesday 14 November to a report of a body inside a van in First Street, Langton Green.
Officers and ambulance crews attended and a local man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers are treating the death as non-suspicious and a report is being compiled for the Coroner.
His next of kin have been informed.
