Two exciting new events, hosted by Live Tour Promotions, are coming to Tunbridge Wells’ Dunorlan Park for the first time in June 2024, with the launch of the Ibiza Orchestra Experience (Friday June 14) and the Sausage and Cider Festival (Saturday June 15).
The Ibiza Orchestra will be performed on a large outdoor stage, along with incredible support acts, to create the perfect festival environment. Attendees can expect a silent disco, stilt walkers, fire breathers, laser show, pyrotechnics, and a huge festival market.
Previous shows across the country have seen acts such as Marvin Humes, Example, Artful Dodger and Basement Jaxx. This is an 18+ event that will run from 6pm-11pm.
Tom Cullen, Marketing Manager for the Ibiza Orchestra Experience told the Times: “Pre-sale tickets sold at record speed, and we expect General Sale to be no different. We can’t wait to showcase the brand-new Sunset Tour, offering an even bigger show than ever before.”
After the recent announcement that Pub in the Park will not be returning to Tunbridge Wells in 2024, local foodies can rejoice in the news that there is a new food and drink festival coming to Dunorlan Park.
The Sausage and Cider Festival will feature more than 30 cider flavours, alongside craft beer, spirits, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks. Festivalgoers will be able to try more than 20 sausage varieties, visit a huge festival market, watch on-stage sausage and chili-eating contests, and dance at a silent disco.
There will also be music acts including Barrioke (starring former Eastenders and Extras star Shaun Williamson,) Flash (Queen tribute), ABBA Revival (tribute), Young Elton (tribute), One Step Behind (Madness tribute) and The Brightside (Killers tribute), with a headliner still yet to be announced. Headliners from previous years have included Scouting for Girls and Toploader.
This event will run from 2pm-11pm. Under-18s must be accompanied by someone over the age of 21.
Lee Fudge, Marketing Manager for the Sausage and Cider Festival said: “We are delighted to be bringing this feel-good event to Tunbridge Wells for the first time ever, with great music, entertainment, a festival market and a huge variety of sausage and cider flavours.”
