The team from the Lifestyle Europe Motor Group, some of whom are pictured, will be putting their best feet forward in a 40-mile (64km) endurance walk to raise money to help sick children. The midnight trek, or ‘plod’, will take place over the South Downs Way on July 16 in aid of Action Medical Research.
Staff from dealerships in the vehicle group across West Kent and East Sussex are now in training for the gruelling challenge that will take approximately 82,000 steps. The event comes at a time when the charity is looking for new volunteers in Tunbridge Wells to help save and change the lives of sick and disabled babies and children. It wants to establish 16 new groups across the country this year.
