The event, which is held outside Meadows School, was established in the 1950s. Many local artists have been showing their work for 20 years. This year it attracted an unprecedented number of exhibitors.
The Southborough Town Council Mayor, Cllr Zulhash Uddin, officially opened the fair.
He and Lion President Jacqui Jedrzejewski welcomed each artist and craft stall holder personally and spoke to them about their work.
