Commuters will get the chance to vent their frustration at a public meeting this month after Southeastern and Network Rail agreed to sit down with passengers.
It comes as a petition to remove the rail franchise from Southeastern passed the 17,000 signature mark.
MP Greg Clark said recent rail performance failures had left him with no choice but to call the meeting.
It will be held in the Town Hall at 8pm on March 17. To register for a free place, email: gregclarkmp@parliament.uk
