Santa and his elves, with their friends at the RTW Round Table, are out in force again this year, collecting for Nourish Community Food Bank.
A member of the Roundtable said the recent bad weather certainly didn’t dampen people’s moods.
“We’re pleased to say over a tonne of food has been donated already. The kind generosity from the people of Tunbridge Wells will make a huge difference, especially during a time of unprecedented demand,” he added.
Santa will be in St. James, Hawkenbury, Broadwater, St. John’s and Culverden areas of Tunbridge Wells from now until Sunday [December 12].
Leaflets have been distributed to all the areas Santa is visiting and the sleigh runs from 4pm until 7pm every day this week.
