The former TN4 bar on Mount Ephraim, closed since November, is on the verge of being sold to a company owned by Richard Simm.
He already runs the Ragged Trousers and the Sussex Arms on The Pantiles and is co-owner of the Forum. It is understood he is close to finalising a deal to take over the new site.
