Alexandre Boyes was ‘a clear winner’ at the premier national awards for property professionals.
The Tunbridge Wells-based estate agent won gold in the property management company of the year category, and bronze in the small lettings agent of the year, at the 2015 Negotiator Awards.
The winners were announced at a gala dinner at the Hilton, London, on November 3.
This year’s entry list was the biggest in the awards’ history.
Alexandre Boyes managing partner Kate Boyes said: “I am really proud of Alexandre Boyes and all our staff.
“We have worked really hard in the last year: expanding the team, opening a new office and meeting room, launching our apprenticeship scheme, new maintenance vans and Resident, our property management software company.
“It is really wonderful to have all that hard work recognised with these awards. Thank you!”
The judges said: “A clear winner, demonstrating strong growth, from a passionate family business that gives back to the community.”
