The 4-star One Warwick Park Hotel was awarded the additonal rating by motoring organisation the AA, who give star ratings that are applied as a common standard in the UK.
The award comes following an inspection last week by the motoring organisation.
Inspector Mike Pedley praised the team’s ‘great guest focus’, service delivery and the ‘good selection of well-cooked and presented’ food items.
One Warwick Park Hotel, part of the Elite Leisure Collection that also owns the Times, has gone through a number of changes during the last 18 months, including the appointment of a new operations manager, Martin Garner.
He said: “We are thrilled to maintain our 4-star status overall at the hotel and to achieve an impressive even higher score than our previous inspection.
“We have worked tirelessly in focusing our attention on the guest journey and overall experience, and we are delighted with the results.
“We are very much looking forward to the next 12 months and an even greater future ahead for the business.”
