Tunbridge Wells has been named as the 14th best place to live in the UK, according to a survey by property portal Rightmove.
Residents were asked to rank the places they lived on 12 separate factors, including community spirit, sense of belonging, friendliness of neighbours, affordability, green spaces, recreational activities and local services.
Top of the list was Essex seaside resort, Leigh-on-Sea. Tunbridge Wells came third in the south east behind first-placed Shepperton in Middlesex and Horsham in Sussex.
