Tunbridge Wells RFC topped off a perfect season when they were named Men’s Team of the Year at the 2016 National Rugby Awards on Thursday (September 1).
Twelve members and associates of the club, including sponsors, volunteers and a player representative, attended the event, which was hosted in Twickenham’s Rose Room.
Sky Sports Presenter Alex Payne presented the award to Tunbridge Wells, which had fended off the other nominees Southport RFC, Barnet Elizabethans, Exmouth RFC, Moseley Oak RFC and Old Richians RFC.
