The event will be at the Angel Centre from 10am to 2pm. The public can find out about job opportunities, setting up their own business, local apprenticeships and training schemes.
Free workshops include: be your own boss, delivered by the National Centre for Micro Business [10.30am]; interview preparation and techniques by Interquest [11.30am]; and health and wellbeing through work, organised by Royal British Legion Industries [12:30pm].
Nicolas Heslop, Leader of Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council and Cabinet Member for Economic Regeneration, said: “There will be plenty on offer to help local people looking for new job opportunities across a range of different sectors and of interest to anyone in the job market, so if you are looking for a job or a change in career please just turn up.”
